That's so disappointing to hear. We work so hard to make sure you always get more for your money from us.
I did some quick comparison to what you ordered from us and what you would have paid if you bought from "the other guys".
Lettuce - Lollo Rossa - You paid $3.99 for 900 seeds. Baker Creek Seeds sells 250 Lollo Rossa seeds for $2.50.
Lettuce - Buttercrunch - You paid $3.99 for over 1,200 seeds. Burpee sells one packet of 500 Buttercrunch seeds for $4.95!
Tomato - Bonnie's Best - You paid $0.99 for a pack of 15 seeds. Baker Creek Seeds sells 25 seeds for $2.25.
Lettuce - Lollo Bionda - You paid $0.99 for a pack of 200 seeds. Baker Creek Seeds sells 250 seeds for $2.00.
After looking at the numbers you actually got more seed at a better price. I'm sorry you felt otherwise but if there is anything else we can do please let us know. The last thing we ever want you to feel is that you got less than what you expected.
