10. You shipped Seeds out super fast. I soaked them overnight and got them in the ground the day after they arrived. They're still tiny seedlings, but I'm hopeful for a warmer winter where they will continue growing through spring.       We are so sorry to hear this. This is common issue for many people because most don't realize that lettuce likes cooler soil temps to germinate (40F - 65F is ideal). 24. No, your seeds are always great and arrive on time or early. The only comment I have is that you could get more things like garlic(soft neck), because when I get started you are usually out. 29. One of the garlic varieties I wanted showed in-stock on your site when purchased, I ordered & when I received my order it said out of stock & they replaced with a different variety. When I checked the site it still showed in stock, I don’t know why it would say that if it was really out of stock. If it truly is out of stock a quick email asking what I wanted to replace it with would have been nice or giving the option to take it off completely & refunding my money, not just picking what they wanted & sending. So, my experience was just ok. Then I keep getting tons of emails about reviewing & my experience. Adding to the confusing as to why I wasn’t emailed about a replacement or refund on the out of stock variety. – Do you have any comments or suggestions?
